David Smale
David has specialist knowledge of strategic and operational management, marketing (including market research and sales), change and people management, product and service development, delivery models and associated financials, customer service, project management and quality assurance.
He has worked at a senior level in colleges, ITPs, schools including academy trusts, councils and the NHS. To maintain contact with current working practices David is active as both a trainer and quality assurer to apprenticeship programmes, as well as delivering bespoke consultancy and training packages for employers.
Sue Tissiman
Sue has experience of strategic and operational management, workforce development, employer engagement, delivery models, customer service, project management and quality assurance.
She has worked at a senior management level in F&HE, ITP’s, Academies, Councils and the NHS, and has designed curriculum delivery models and led on QA for many programmes including apprenticeships. This has also involved preparing providers for OfSTED, carrying out observations and quality monitoring.
Sue maintains contact with current working practices as a practitioner delivering training and is an active trainer/assessor, internal and external quality assurer as well as an EPA. Sue also delivers bespoke consultancy, workshops and training packages for providers and employers.
